Cresco AI Chat Agent and Cresco AI Voice Agent are designed to automate conversations, provide customer support, and enhance business communications. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI-generated responses.
2.2 No Legal, Medical, or Financial Advice
Our AI Agents are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated information.
2.3 AI Training & Customization
We provide options for customization; however, you are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content aligns with your business and compliance requirements.
3. Payment & Subscription
3.1 Pricing & Fees
Pricing for our Services is based on the selected plan or custom agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal
Certain plans may require monthly or annual subscriptions, which will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
3.3 Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will only be issued per our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property

6. Service Availability & Limitations

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
